Today’s was just a short run at lunch. My legs are feeling this weeks workouts, so it was nice to have an easy run.

In following my workout schedule, I was able to slip out and go for a run on lunch. I do have to say it is lucky I have a track right next to run on.

With a short warm-up, hit a nice overall pace including the warm-up.

This was a bike first (6 miles) then run (4 miles).
Time was pretty good considering the head wind on the bike and the uphill climb while riding. The bad news came from my back. I have a bad lower back and have been almost completely down the last two days. With a race Saturday, I am hoping it comes back up.
